Being Lectured by Fellow Students

What would you do if your teachers would be replaced by you fellow students?What would you fell?How will you interact with them?
Here in U.P.(University of the Philippines), there is ab event called K.Y.S.D.(Know Your School Day)where students like me, can have a chance to act as teachers or non-teaching faculty members for example, being a Clerk, Librarian and so much more.
To be a member of this activity, you have to write what you want to apply and write the reason why. After doing so, the next step is to go teacher-in-charge or the faculty-in-charge of what you want to apply. You will be interviewed by them.
I also tried to apply but it was already too late, the teachers are no longer accepting applicants. Its all right, I'll to apply next year, and if I can't be a “teacher”, I still have my 3rd and 4th years. The question is, will I be still here in my 2nd ,3rd and 4th years?
Back to my main topic. In the first day of K.Y.S.D.,it was Thursday so our first subject was Computer and Rheena was our “teacher”. She managed to teach us patiently even though some of my classmates were very noisy because there were not afraid of the “teacher” because she was only our classmates. After the bell rang, Soc. Sci was the next subject and the “teachers” were Paolo, Joni Joy and Rosa . Our lesson was about Current Events and as usual, many of our classmates were talking. After the discussion, Joni Joy said that we will have a quiz. The reactions of my classmates were very negative and because of this, Joni scolded every body which made us silent for that moment. That day was really dramatic, but what happened the day after that was three times more dramatic than the other day.
Our first subject was Reading and the “teachers” were GRACE,Gerardo and Isabel. The lesson was all about “irony”. After the discussion, Gerardo instructed us to group ourselves into five, he said that we would have an activity about “irony”. We divided the board into seven and wrote 5 sentences that contains “irony”. Each of the group members did well except for Ann Rey, she was just laughing and a drew a smiley face on the board which made Gerardo angry and said something bad to her. After that, GRACE said to us to read the selection “The Teargas Men”. Every time the word “McCoy” is red, some of my classmates including Ann Rey would laugh which made Gerardo very angry and scolded everybody. Ann Rey feedback to Gerardo and said that we have a right to laugh which made Gerardo silent for a moment. I knew that at those times, he was already depressed.
This made me conclude that being a teacher is a really a hard job and people need to respect one another so there won't be any conflict.
